· Once the mobile phone has performance troubles within seven days after sale, you can make three choices: quit exchange or maintain.
· Once the mobile phone has performance troubles within fifteen days after sale, you still have two choices: quit or maintain.
· All the mobile phone you bought from our company would enjoy follow services:
(1) Free guarantees of the mobile phone and the charger for one year;
(2) Free guarantees of the mobile phone batteries for half year:
(3) Free guarantees of the earphone for three months.
· The mobile phone you bought from our company won‘t enjoy our “three guarantees” service as following conditions:
(1) The mobile phone do not include in the “three guarantees”, our maintenance
center will go security and charge the maintain bills;
(2) The seal and label in the back of the phone was tear up/altered/shattered/
fuzzy, or the guarantee labels removed or lost;
(3) The mobilephone damaged by your wrong used: use or maintain not under the
product introduction; damaged by accident or transport.
(4) Damaged by majeure force: earthquake, fire, water, war etc
